Party-building training and experience sharing are practical ways to support capability improvements across park-based organizations. This year, the Huxiaowei party branch participated in themed training and shared practices in areas such as communication channels, organizational activity innovation, and integration of party building with business operations.
Training topics included leadership and governance mechanisms, party-building work systems, innovative communication approaches, and building effective relationships between organizations and employees. Participants noted that the sessions helped broaden perspectives and clarify direction, and some organizations expressed interest in adapting relevant practices to their own context.
Through experience sharing, organizations within the park can strengthen connections and communication. Many enterprises begin exchanging ideas, running joint activities, and learning from each other’s highlights—an open culture of mutual learning that supports continuous improvement.
Huxiaowei will continue to share governance learning practices and, where appropriate, provide consulting and training support. We believe coordinated party-building work can help create a positive environment that encourages learning, application, and development—contributing to high-quality park growth.
